AN INTELLIGENT TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BAKU

This article introduces a new traffic control system framework, Mobile Intelligent Traffic Management System (MITCS), designed for Baku the next generation. According to statistics, every year people lose 154 hours in on average. 1.3 million die accidents. The combines micro-mechanical and electrical technologies embedded system, wireless transmission, image processing, solar module. objectives of this study are: 1. Research design multifunctional controller box; 2. Design cost-effective basis contribution communication network; 3. Use processing methods developing detector non-interfering means dynamics; 4. Using artificial intelligence adapt dynamics update strategies; 5. Propose special concept mobile intelligent Center. Finally, an experimental consisting Virtual Police (VTP), Status Monitor Agent (SMA) Control Integration Module (TCIM). There will be highly efficient, self-organized self-coordinated support motion mechanism. Keywords: Transportation, intelligence, information technologies.
